Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please provide a written notification containing the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on this site where the material appears.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with DMCA timelines, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access for users or contributors who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access at our sole discretion when we determine that repeated or egregious infringement has occurred.
Misrepresentation Warning
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
